In our Bach Flower consultation, I will work closely with you to understand your current emotional state and any challenges you may be facing. As a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP), my role is to guide you in selecting the right Bach Flower Essences that can help restore emotional balance and enhance your overall well-being. I'm also here to teach you how to use the Bach Flower system so that you can take control of your own emotional healing.

 The Bach Flower Remedies are about self-help, and Dr. Bach’s philosophy was rooted in treating people as individuals. Together, we’ll create a personalized remedy mix that’s right for you, based on how you feel in the moment. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to use these remedies for yourself and your loved ones in the future.

As a BFRP, I aim to guide you through the process, teaching you how the remedies work as we go along, so you can learn how to use them independently. However, I’m always here to offer support whenever you need help or guidance.

As a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP) included on the International Register of Practitioners at the Dr Edward Bach Centre in UK, I have completed an approved program of education and assessment to ensure I am fully equipped to use these remedies in a professional practice. I work under the Bach Foundation Code of Practice, which sets the highest standards of care and provides a safe framework for both you and me during our sessions.

I offer one-hour Zoom Bach Flower Therapy appointments – a convenient and comfortable way to connect from anywhere in the world, right from your own home. Consultations are available in Spanish or English, so you can choose the language you're most comfortable with.

  • First-Time Consultation (1 hour) – $90 CAD
    Includes a personalized 30ml remedy mix

  • Follow-up Consultation (45 minutes) – $60 CAD
    Includes updated 30ml remedy mix
