Shipping policy
All of our prices and shipping costs are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We are located in and ship from Edmonton Alberta. We ship to Canada and USA through UPS and use Standard Delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to any other countries.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Tracking your order:
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and phone number, we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address or phone number that you have provided. Keep in mind that UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
- All orders will include a UPS tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when your package is dispatched.
- You are responsible for tracking your order and ensuring that you are present at the time of delivery. If you miss the UPS driver at the time of delivery, your package will be returned to a UPS delivery center, and you will have 5 days to pick it up before your package is returned to us. Please download the UPS app to be able to check the status of your package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Rates and shipping times:
Shipping times depend on your location. Delivery within Alberta usually takes 2-3 days after processing times, the rest of Canada takes 5-8 days. Deliveries to the USA might take 10 -14 days. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
UPS Standard Shipping flat rates:
**FREE SHIPPING FOR CANADA AND THE USA ON ORDERS OVER $100 CAD **
- Alberta including Edmonton: $10 CAD
- Rest of Canada: $17 CAD
- The USA: $20 CAD
Product damaged during shipping:
We do our best to package your products carefully when they’re being shipped, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur. If your product arrives in a bad condition, please snap a couple of pictures and send them to mail@flowerspiritnaturalbeauty.com within 48 hours of the delivery. We will assess the damage and do our best to fix the issue and make you happy.
In-store pickup:
Store pickup orders are usually ready in 24 hours. Please call or send a text to 780 729 7576 in order to book an appointment to pick up your order.
